About Me
I make software and other things
I work at the intersection of:
- AI systems
- enterprise architecture
- backend engineering
- and complex operational environments
I have been writing code since I was 13 and we used FORTRAN. That was in Communist Romania in 1988.
Working in IT since I was 18, I've been learning as I went. I'm an agnostic Developer and Architect who believes in delivering the best results on time and within budget.
I have a Masters' in Computers Science, one Masters in Information technology and a PhD in Information technology from the University of Leicester which I completed in 2018.
There's nothing I can't build, given enough coffee
My approach is strongly systems-oriented: understanding not only how individual technologies work, but how large interconnected environments behave under real-world constraints.
I believe good architecture is not about complexity for its own sake.
It is about reducing friction, improving adaptability, and designing systems that remain useful as the world around them changes.
